If you're staying in Whistler and don't have a car, transportation from Whistler is included. Limited availability. Advance reservations are required.
If you're staying in Vancouver, we have various very inexpensive transportation options available including a return downtown Vancouver Hotel pick up service for just $35 + tax per person. This pick up service is only available for our 10:00am Elaho departures. We also suggest rental cars and easily accessible Greyhound bus scheduled service. River Rafting Cancellation Refund Guarantee
For bookings made outside of 7 days prior to departure, a river rafting cancellation refund guarantee can be purchased at the time of booking for $10 per person + tax. This guarantee allows you to cancel your rafting trip up to 24 hours in advance of your departure and still receive a full refund. Without the rafting cancellation refund guarantee this adventure is non-refundable within 7 days of departure, 2 weeks non refundable for group bookings of 10 or more.
COA reserves the right to adjust or cancel any rafting itinerary or trip in the event of adverse weather conditions, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control. Under these circumstances, we will do our best to provide you with alternate departures or a full refund.
