Our customized Graduate Recruitment Events have become very popular with major accounting, legal, and consulting firms across the country. These events typically serve two primary purposes:
- They give graduates a memorable experience and project an attractive company image, resulting in your company being their preferred career choice.
- They allow your Managers and Partners to connect with and get to know top graduates in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.
 
There are numerous themes we can design a Graduate Recruitment Event around. Often our clients choose a theme that encompasses the values of the company such as technology, balance, perseverance, flexibility, balance and teamwork.
In addition to the theme, venue choice is also a key player in the event. An art gallery, science centre, aquarium, or other unique venue often works very well. We can work with you to locate a great venue for your event.
 
Once your Managers, Partners and Graduates are gathered, our hosts will introduce the activity. Often our Grad Recruitment Events utilize art as the medium to bring everyone together. The teams will have sufficient supplies to create paintings, photographs, designs and other ‘contemporary’ structures based on the business themes and inspired by the venue and its surroundings. There are no rules and no right or wrong answers – be creative!
The teams must perform the challenge, working in teams and as individuals, with their respective company representative. This is an ideal time for your staff to bond with the students and informally assess each student’s qualities. It is also a great way for the graduates who have not made their final employment decision to see a little more of your company and what it represents.
